Exact mechanics
Start at 10 mass; cells lose 0.2% of mass per second
(switch it off under Options — it then stops for everyone, bots included).
Eat a cell with 25% more mass (33% while split into more than one piece).
Split at 35 mass: half the mass flies 12 grid-spaces; max 16 cells.
Recombine after 30s + 2.33% of mass (50 mass → 31s).
Eject (W) at 35 mass: -18 mass, the blob carries 13, spread ~20°.
A virus holds 100 mass, needs 132 mass to eat, and pops you: your cell keeps
~60% as a main body and sprays the rest out as up to 15
equal bits. At 16 cells you take the +100 with no pop.
7 ejected blobs make a virus shoot a new virus and shrink back to 100.
The red spawner holds 225 mass, drips out pellets, and eats anything
under 75% of its mass (so below 170 it swallows you). It takes
300 mass to eat one — and it pops you like a virus.
A spawner swallows anything under that 75% line — cells, viruses,
ejected mass and loose pellets — swells, then refunds every scrap
back out as pellets, faster the fatter it is. It never moves.
Forced split at 22,500 mass per cell; player cap 360,000.
Pellets give 1 mass and grow to 5, and never spawn inside a
virus or spawner. Viruses bounce off the border.
The field holds 6,000 by default — change it under Settings, uncapped.
Potions are the post-match reward crate: place well and you earn one
(Common / Rare / Exotic / Mystical, or a Battle potion for being the
last one alive). Stay in the top 40 for 30 seconds to earn one at all,
and rank higher for the rarer ones. They brew on a real clock, hold three at a time, and pay
Coins, Trophies, Skin Pieces and Boosts. Mass and XP boosts
are bought with coins and last 24h; XP raises your Level, and your
level is what raises your starting mass.
Anti-team: a penalty aimed at players who team up by feeding each
other and popping on viruses. Pop 2 viruses inside a minute and your
mass decays half again as fast; 3 or more and the penalty proper kicks
in, getting worse with every extra pop. The penalty then lifts after
15 seconds. Eating a virus while already at 16 cells does not count.
Switch it off under Options.

FFA — the standard game. Eat, grow, avoid anything bigger.
Battle Royale — one life, and a safe ring that closes in steps.
Outside it you lose 10% of your mass a second, and 10 unbroken
seconds out there kills you outright, whatever your mass. Last one
alive wins a Battle Potion. The pill on the button cycles the clock:
Fast (3s), Ultra (1s), Unplayable (0.5s) and
Huh? (0.25s). Any of them also sets every cell to
5× speed. The ten seconds of grace in the red applies to
every clock except Huh?, which allows only 3.
Teams — three colours, dealt evenly. Your own side is
never edible whatever the sizes are, and your teammates always show
on the minimap. The board shows each side's share of the total mass
as a pie.
King of the Hill — hold the amber circle to bank seconds;
45 seconds wins. Only your centre of mass counts, so straddling
the edge while split banks nothing. Everyone inside grows 1% a second,
which is reason enough to fight for it. The circle drifts a short way every
35 seconds, and the bots want it as much as you do.
Infection — one carrier to begin with, and it spreads by
touch: no eating, and size does not matter. Carriers keep their own
colour but are drawn with a shine and a ring of spores. They move
25% slower, the mass they eject is infectious, and any
virus or red spawner they brush stays contagious for 30 seconds
and passes it on. It is caught per cell, not per player: a touched
cell is doomed and bursts one second later, infecting everything
inside the blast — including the rest of your own body, and the
bigger the cell the wider it goes. Every burst leaves a patch of
infected ground behind that catches anyone who stands in it and takes
a minute to fade, and each bot has a 10% chance every 5 seconds of going
off on its own — so the board slowly fills with places you cannot
go. The answer is to split and run, and you are only out when your
last cell has burst. Survive 3 minutes to win.
Gauntlet — you alone on a half-size board with a quarter
of the usual food. Each wave is bigger than the last and dealt from a higher
slice of the skill curve, so it ends when you do.
